Referral Fees:

We value referrals from Industry Professionals and Individuals. If you introduce The Thomas Companies to a new Client, upon receipt of the final payment from the new Client, we will give you a Referral Fee to show our appreciation. Here is how the process works:

• Refer a new Client to The Thomas Companies.

• If the new Client hires us, you'll receive a referral fee (payable after the Client's final payment is received).​

• The Referral Fee amount is 5%.

• We will call you to further discuss the details!

The personal details and referral information you share with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with others. The information you provide is only used for the purpose of following up with the referred client so that we can provide them with excellent service. ​

Referral fees are not available to those employed by The Thomas Companies. Referrals should be submitted before the first contact with the new referred client takes place. Additional terms may apply.
